What is an ILP/IEP/PLP?
Which gifted students require one? What does success look like?
Stages of data collection, devising interventions, implementing plans, then monitoring, evaluating and modifying plans will be outlined. Templates and case studies will be shared along with a tool to evaluate the comprehensiveness of an ILP.
There will be time for reflection on your current practice and design of ILPs suitable for your context.
You can book a presenter from VAGTC to come to you school (or online) to provide tailored seminars. These sessions are billed by the hour and quote for Individualised Professional Development.
Schools can also book time with a mentor for their high-ability leaders.
